Lu Jong - Yoga

Lu Jong - Tibetan Healing Yoga - is the most ancient Tibetan teaching of body exercises; the exercises have been practiced and passed on for many centuries. Regular training promotes health and well-being in a holistic way: the body becomes more flexible, toned and achieves a higher level of fitness. Body perception is improved and concentration and vitality are supported. Careful training of the exercises stimulates the meridians, thereby releasing the flow of energy, and the body and mind gain a natural balance.

 

Lu Jong can be practiced by people of all ages. The exercises act specifically on individual parts of the body (e.g. spine, joints), viscera (e.g. heart, lungs), as well as the meridians and chakras.

 

Lu Jong as taught in my courses has been brought to the West by Tulku Lobsang, a Buddhist Lama and Doctor of Tibetan Medicine. Nangten Menlang International, an organization founded by Tulku Lobsang and located in Vienna, ensures the quality of the teacher trainings.

 

I teach small groups as well as the clients of my therapeutic practice.
